  • WEAKNESS ~ I made an ice cream cake for a co worker today, so that means cake batter super food frosty for me. 🙈😋 ~ Sure I could eat a slice, but I’m choosing to say NO. Why? Because ice cream is my WEAKNESS! If you put cookies, chips, or cake in front of me I can control myself no problem; ice cream on the other hand... #noselfcontrol ~ Seriously though.. the last time I made this I intended to have one piece that quickly turned into four!😅🤷🏼‍♀️#imnotkidding #oops ~ Don’t get me wrong.. It’s OKAY to treat yourself in moderation, but if you know it’s going to cause you to spiral out of control.. #justsayno ~ Knowing your temptations and limits are a HUGE part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Developing a routine habits and moderation will take you far, and finding alternatives will keep you on track! So for now I’ll be sippin on my cake batter frosty that basically taste the same (seriously delish😍😍) with FAR more nutrients, natural energy, and vitamins than a sugary cake followed by a crash. #winning ~ What healthy choices will you make today?!😊
