  • It’s so easy to find any excuse to put you and your health as your last priority. You work hard. You’re tired. You have deadlines and jobs to get done. I understand. I’ve been there, and sometimes still am! For awhile, I let working nights, 12 hour shifts, and simple lack of “motivation” keep me from choosing myself, from choosing my health, from choosing to love myself, wholly. It all starts with a simple decision— you’re tired of not feeling happy with yourself, of not reaching your full potential, of not being the best version of yourself, and you finally decide enough is enough. It doesn’t take a miracle. You don’t have to go from 0-100. All you have to do is make a choice to make small changes in your lifestyle and mindset. Change “I can’t” to “I can.” Change “I’m not worthy” to “I deserve the best.” Start with small changes in your diet. Eat out less. Cook meals ahead of time for work. Start by getting a little more active. Walk! You’d be amazed at how the small things add up. Consistency will always be better than perfection. You can do this. You deserve to take care of yourself. Your body supports you 24/7. It’s time to give it back the love it’s always given you. All you have to do is show and start putting in the work. 💕💪🏼
