  • To the people whose favorite phrases are “I can’t” or “I don’t have time” 1️⃣ instead of saying "I don't have time", say "it's not a priority". Everyone has time. You make time for the things that you see as most important or of highest priority. Do you take time to go out and drink or take a nap or eat ice cream or complain 🧐 Your motivation level is not an excuse to say I don't have time because I'm too busy. Be honest... it's not a priority high enough on your list. 2️⃣ realize you have control over your mindset. Not the other way around. Do your thoughts and your mind control you? Negativity can be turned into positivity. 3️⃣ instead of terms such as "I have to" say "I am blessed to" "I have the opportunity to". Holy moly see how fast daily tasks can be turned around because of that? 4️⃣Gratitude. It changes everything. "I don't want to workout" becomes "I am so grateful to have an able body that can workout." Or maybe it's "I hate my job". Turn that into "I'm grateful to have a means to make money, to support myself" Little by little. Brick by brick. Your cants turn into cans. Your "I'm not motivated" turns into motivation not even being a word in your vocabulary. Your excuses, they don't have power over your mindset. Your body may be what you want to strengthen, but your mind needs strengthening too.
