Vegetables moong daal 👍😀 1 bowl boiled moong daal ( yellow daal)
1 bowl grind carrot
Half bowl chopped brinjal (eggplant )
Half bowl chopped capsicum
Half bowl chopped green beans
1/4 bowl corn
Half bowl pease
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1 spoon chopped garlic
1 green chilli chopped
1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
Half spoon mustard seeds
1/4 spoon Kalonji
1/4 tea spoon heeng
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
Half tea spoon cumin seeds powder
1 tea spoon soya sauce
2 spoon oil
Salt according to your taste
How to make :- take pan add 2 spoon oil
Add heeng + mustard seeds + kalonji into the oil and roast it well .
After a one minute add chopped onion and cook it till it becomes bit brown .
Then add tomato into it and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes .
Then add all the dry ingredients into the mixture and then add soya sauce into it .
After a while add all the vegetables and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes .
Then add boiled daal into the mixture and mix it well .
After that add coriander leaves .
U can add 1 tea spoon lemon for the better taste . It’s healthy and tasty too 😋
U can serve it with roast bread,puri, paratha, and Lachhaa Prathaa etc .
