  • I needed to reset and our mini vacation was the perfect opportunity. I am someone who is always going.. Never taking the time to really be in the moment. ALWAYS thinking, stressing, planning, moving. I burn out quickly and get into a “depression” like state and force myself to keep going. Never allowing myself to just STOP.. . How many of you are like that? . It sucks right?! But this weekend I was able to take some time and connect/reconnect to my life. Have conversations that helped me understand the difference between religion and relationship, struggles with grace and wanting more of something. Learning that sometimes certain things in life are deceiving.. . ITS OKAY, to be exactly where you are in your journey. It’s okay to feel lost and need a reset or a disconnect from one thing, to better a connection to something more beneficial to your life.
