  • Movie Night Mode: ▶ . Healthy Caramelized Popcorn 🍿 . 1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Pop your popcorn. I usually do that in a hot pot with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Each time I do this recipe I almost use up a 250g package and have to do this process twice avoiding the popcorn kernels to overlap. 3. While the popcorn is doing its thing, in a pot over medium high heat, add 2 very generous tablespoons of peanut/ almond butter, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of almond milk, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup cane sugar (or even a bit less if you are generous with the honey portion), 1teaspoon vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 4. Allow to come to a boil and then add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. The mixture will change colour and is quite easy for it to get burnt, so reduce the heat and stir frequently for a minute. 5. Remove from the heat and pour over the already made popcorn. Work quickly to mix distribute over all the popcorn. 6. Spread popcorn onto the baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes. 7. Let it cool down (not as easy as you might think 😋)! They will crisp up. Enjoy and watch a great movie! 😎

Noite de Filme: ▶ . Pipocas Caramelizadas Mais Saudáveis . 1. Pré aquecer forno a 200°C e colocar papel vegetal num tabuleiro. 2. Fazer as pipocas.
