  • The eternal student syndrome: Chakra 7 (that’s what I’m pointing at in the picture). Sometimes we think we don’t know, or we don’t know “enough”. We need to go and ask somebody else who supposedly knows better than we do. The teacher, the master, the “expert”. So we join a course and we love it but it’s not enough and we take another and another, but instead of applying what we know, we keep asking as if there is something else that is missing and only the experts know what it is. This is more obvious when it comes to knowledge about oneself. So we ask the teacher, the doctor, the psychologist, the healer to confirm what we, in fact, know about ourselves but we refuse to act upon. It’s time to own what we know. We don’t know everything, but we sure know about some things, especially regarding ourselves. A good exercise to heal the lack of confidence on what we know is to say to yourself these affirmations until you feel comfortable with them: . . “I know” “I give myself the right to know” “I give myself the right to be “the one that knows”” . . Let me know how it goes! . . . #knowledge #knowledgeofself #live #love #light #confidence #selfworth #healing #tcm #chakras #crown #seventhchakra #bodywork #meditation #activemeditation #affirmations #yoga #ayurveda #psychology #massage #mindfulness #spiritual #growth #mindset #shamanism #relationshipgoals #teaching #guru #higherconsciousness #master

Love this..Thank you for your share 🙏🏼It is soo interesting how it applies to art also. I don’t practice shiatsu any more and now just getting into my art again after raising three children alone until they could “fly” on their own..to be a full time artiste. And I have been going through this : going from teacher to teacher.. then doing workshops.. until one day I realized I cannot get what I want this way.. I thought “look inside and express your art as much as other one do” , express who I am inside ...I already know so much, now I just have to keep practicing , the more I’ll practice the more I’ll be confident about my art..Today I actually painted with so much joy, and freedom❤️
