  • After a fantastic 20 minute meditation, I am ready for bed with a good book ♥️ I didn’t understand the importance of quieting my mind in meditation until I joined my business and started hearing my team speak about what meditation does for them. My mind often feels like it’s going 100miles/minute and this is definitely what causes a lot of anxiety in people. Too many thoughts and not enough time or energy to process and sort them all, so they end up becoming a jumbled mess that can make our lives feel like they’re spiraling out of control!!! 🤪 This has been a fantastic solution for me and I highly encourage if you’ve never tried it and don’t think you can or don’t know how... There’s a ton of fantastic guided meditations on YouTube (oh how I love YouTube!).
