Salad ain’t gotta be leafyyy 🥬 I love adding veggies instead. This was a delicious turmeric roasted squash, carrot and pearl barley salad with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon. Drizzle with some garlic oil and seasons with salt and pepper and you’ve got a winner 👌🏻 yum yum yum. Perfect for any season too! .
