  • SWEET TOOTH?____ _ I have a sweet tooth, and have always enjoyed sweet things, I have been actively trying to find healthier ways to fulfil my sweet tooth cravings, rather than stopping myself for a few hours then eventually eat everything sugary in my way. So there are a few examples of options to manage such cravings. Protein banana pancakes topped with raspberry compote ( no added sugar), the protein always hits the hunger spot and the sweet craving. Honey Glazed Avocado - I had never eaten avocado as a sweet treat, till a Mexican friend of mine showed me the way! It is delicious. Sauteed pears with with roasted nuts, I find that fruits always hit the spot, but the warmth of heating the pears makes it taste like a desert. Tea always helps, I find that using tea also can sometimes subdue a craving unless I'm actually hungry. Tea, I feel deals with the greed of wanting to eat when you are not quite hungry. Finally, if I don't have the luxury of time in the kitchen to prepare, I have the @soreenhq bar from @musclefooduk to hit the sweet spot, its my choice of grab and go snack bar which not only tastes sweet but is healthier than you'd think.
