Saving my culantro seeds. They’re so teeny tiny. Culantro is a popular herb in Southeast Asia, especially in Vietnamese cuisine. It tastes very similar to cilantro/coriander, so I use it in a lot of my Mexican-inspired dishes. (For some reason, I really struggle to grow cilantro.) The only downside to culantro is that the leaves and the seed heads are terribly prickly. You even need to trim the prickles off the leaves before chopping them up to add to food!
