I stretched my quad causing a micro tear in my quad and ending up with an elephant Knee. I put together a recovery plan to try help swelling and recover, increased food (primarily protein) and rehab exercise to keep blood flow. It felt so much better for last night's session.

Last week of the 8 week Arnold @schwarzenegger blueprint program by @bodybuildingcom.

Last night came with a 1RM test, I'm not a fan, they scare me some what... But pursued the outcome and this is one of my attempts. 230kg not my best but slowly building over time.

Not a fan or having spots all the time, I want to know that I emptied the tank a best I can then little helps here and there.. But if I have to choose anyone for a spot it would be @louise.oastler, she knows movements, my expressions when to come in and help how much, her knowledge of lifting has now become far superior of many in the gym.
