Do u help people with congenital semisegmented hemivertibrae?
@omegadood My approach is for idiopathic or adult onset scoliosis. If you have a congenital scoliosis then exercise will help strengthen muscles ligaments and bones in your spine, but it won’t change a segmented hemi vertebrae. If surgery is not an option for you then I would suggest you do a specific exercise program for strengthening the muscles in your back.
