Do you want the success and the love life? Do you want the business and the thriving family? Do you want the travel and the people to snuggle with in your hotel room after a fun day? You can have all of those things.

I was journaling and I had a thought about a coaching package that felt amazing but seemed crazy. It made no logical sense for me financially but my heart was jumping. I felt excited, alive, aligned. My head said “Steph, I don’t think this is a smart move. Go for something that makes more sense logically.”

I did it anyway. .
.
I did it because I know that my soul’s intuition is always safe guidance. I know that there is something bigger than I can see in the moment that will better the world. I don’t care if it makes no sense. I know it will later. .

I trust. I have faith. .
.
I live my life this way and I’ve gotten to experience incredible things that most people haven’t at such a young age. It’s from this. .

I’ve already started seeing the massive healing that’s taking place for others from this decision. I’m grateful. .

Having a body that you love has become so confusing. Is it about feeling good or looking good? It’s a big mystery and guessing game if you’ll wake up feeling bloated and uncomfortable or fit and hot. But it doesn’t have to be. .
.
The key to a consistent, sustainable, non-restrictive body that you love is emotions. Your actions are irrelevant if the emotions aren’t on point. .
.
I’ve been an expert in weight loss, a health coach, personal trainer for 6+ years and have worked with hundreds of clients, naturally I’ve noticed some patterns. It’s my experience that before working with me 100% of women are struggling with their body and weight because of the emotion of shame. But here’s the thing...they don’t even realize that they have shame. Shame silently sabotages most people. .

Let’s use me as an example.

.
I had 2 times in my life when I lost large amounts of weight. The first time I lost 30 pounds. It was when I went to nutrition school and learned about food that was ACTUALLY healthy, not the 100 calorie packs I was scarfing and expecting to lose weight. I learned what truly nourishing food was, lost 30 lbs, it was easy...unbelievably easy. .
.
Over the next year shit happened. A lot of super emotional things were going on, honestly my life was a total shit show. I gained back all of the weight I had lost +10 more pounds. 😝 .
.
I wasn’t worried about it because I knew that I would just eat the same way as the first time I lost the weight and it would go away. It didn’t. 😧
.
.
I struggled with this weight. I was in tears over how confused I felt and was all up in my head over how much of a failure I thought I was. Not being able to do it really messed with my self worth. My weight was yo-yo’ing, I didn’t like my body and really didn’t like myself, I was eating healthy food to the point of unhealthy, working out wayyy too much, binge eating - NOTHING worked. I was sabotaging myself daily and couldn’t get my weight to budge. Not to mention I hated myself and couldn’t look at myself in the mirror.

Then...

A BAD ASS - HOW COULD I NOT SHARE THIS?!? - NUGGET OF WISDOM TO A BETTER RELATIONSHIP (that most people don’t realize). 😍

.
👉 You get a better relationship...
👉 You become more attractive...
👉 You get more desirable, sexy, you’re treated better...
👉 You can be more of yourself and have more fun...
👉 You get more love and affection...
...when you upgrade your relationship with yourself. It’s you. It’s ALL about you. It’s not them. They will treat you 10000000 times better when you do the inner work...unimaginably BETTER. Like, “is this real life?!?”...better. You don’t have to request for them to change, force them, buy new clothes, change your hair, work out more or dull any goofy, silly, nerdy part of yourself. You just need to commit to changing yourself and what’s not serving you on the inside. The way they treat you comes from your subconscious. .

If they treat you badly do you deserve it? No, of course not. But do you expect it? Probably...otherwise it wouldn’t be happening. Your subconscious expects it, is used to or comfortable with being treated this way (even if it doesn’t like it), it’s familiar with feeling that way. You’ve im sure felt it other times with a parent, role model, mentor, teacher, or important figure in your life. It’s how you’re used to being treated in this circumstance. .

AMAZING NEWS: It’s something you have full control over and have the power to change. It doesn’t have to stay that way. 🥳🥳 Woop woop!!

Shame is one of the most sneaky and camouflaged barriers to a better life and being wanted by the one you want to want you. 😉 That’s why I’m bringing it up. I don’t want you to miss this if it’s in your way.

It feels really good to be wanted, right? Isn’t it a great feeling when someone you love, respect and are attracted to is drawn to you? They want you. They like you. They love you. They feel pulled to you. They want to be around you. .
.
You can be wanting a relationship with a conscious soulmate, you can be in a relationship and want to feel that feeling of being wanted again like you used to or you can have a great relationship and want to deepen the pull and the draw. .
.
FACT: shame will repel that attraction from that person. Like, push it away and leave you wondering “What am I doing wrong? What did I do wrong? What’s wrong with me?”
.
.
Save yourself the shame spiral and save yourself from creating stories that aren’t even true that end up f’ing with your life and happiness. Nothing is wrong with you. What is wrong is the root issue of shame that you can clear up easily with inner work...that’s why every course I create, every client I coach knows that our work will be saturated in inner work and breakthroughs.

You have to heal what’s below the surface for your relationship to change externally. That feeling of them wanting you, choosing you, attracted to you and feeling pulled to you comes from the inner work you do below the surface. Shame has an energy, it must be changed internally. .

I KNOW THIS IS CHEESY AS HELL BUT ITS TRUE. .

Josh and I authentically and honestly communicate about everything, especially on things most couples never communicate about. He asked me the night before Valentine’s Day if I was desiring big plans, flowers or gifts and I said: “This is going to sound so cheesy but I honestly feel like every day is Valentine’s Day with you. We have the BEST life. Seriously, we are living my dream life. I really don’t care if we do anything tomorrow because I know that we will naturally go do something fun the next day or the day after...because it’s us and that’s our life. I don’t want you to get me a gift or flowers unless you’re in a moment of really feeling super guided to it.” .
.
There’s a lot of pressure most people feel on Valentine’s Day to preform in order to demonstrate they love someone or to feel loveable —-> and it’s just not necessary. You are lovable already just by being you. You don’t need a person, a gift, flowers, sex or big plans to prove that. You’re already enough. You don’t have to give or receive any of those things to be enough. .
.
You can do those things (we ended up on an intuitively lead last minute v-day road trip nature adventure to Santa Barbara with roses and quality time (my love language) and back scratches (his love language) for Josh + a luxury hotel room with a fireplace to snuggle up and watch the rain) but it didn’t come from NEED. Neither of us did it to prove something. Our worth and deserving of love didn’t depend on it. It came from a place of individual wholeness, confidence and fun. .
.
RELATIONSHIP PRO TIP: If you want your soulmate to be attracted and magnetized to you, be deeply in love with yourself. Do the inner work, the self realization, emotional intelligence to get to that place each day. The love you want will be attracted to you in that state like a MAGNET 🧲 . .

I take mental pictures of moments I have throughout the day with Josh & Johnathon, like this one from this morning, and I visualize them experiencing their version of it. I picture them smiling, laughing, being in love and feeling loved for being themselves.

When I'm in these surreal moments of love I go to gratitude and pray that everyone gets to experience love like this. I pray that the ones who are lost, confused and are looking for guidance on how to do it are lead and guided to Josh and I so that we can share what we know with them. I learned early on that we create everything in our lives: good and bad whether we’re consciously doing it or not.
