  • Let’s get real for a sec.. not everything is sunshine and rainbows. Personal development is hard work, and a PRACTICE. Let’s take a look —> . I have SO many limiting beliefs and negativity swimming around in my own head right now. . Am I worthy? Am I enough? Are my dreams too big? . These thoughts usually surface when you’re about to step out of comfort. Step outside of the box, and level up. . It’s part of the brains 🧠 defense mechanism, to stay safe. Out of harms way. Out of danger. “Oh no! I haven’t seen or done this before, I suck! Better stay on the couch where it’s comfy.” . Yeah. Just like that. So tonight I’ll be writing down all my limiting beliefs, all my negative thoughts, and tear the page out and burn it up 🔥 under the full Strawberry moon. . Let that sh*t GO! . Tomorrow I’ll begin a new, with a new page in my book with the positive vibes that incite transformation. . Because whether you believe you are strong enough or not, you’re right. . How will you celebrate the full moon tonight? 🌕 What will you let go of and bring into the new day?
