I might finish with my market-series soon but..I just love markets so much ♥️ I always wanna go to local markets when I travel. The colours, the food, the people...they say so much about the local culture..I think you can find much of the essence of the place if you go to markets. ~ Can you believe than in Mexico many people actually use those beautiful huge wooden spoons to cook? 😍 (in my house we’ve got a bunch of the small ones 😂) ~ And the wooden whisk, (“molinillo”) hidden among the spoons...that’s to prepare “Champurrado” o “atole”, a Mexican hot-thick drink prepared with chocolate, corn flour (ground dried corn) milk or water.
